Please permit us to humbly present our offerings. At Splendid Gentlemen, we like to do things a little differently. We see ourselves very much as the Anti Wedding Band. We appreciate the subtle difference between a ‘Band that plays weddings’ and a ‘Wedding Band’ and try our hardest to steer clear of as many of the cheesy things as we can that make you think, “By gum, dear! These bands have more cheddar than a collection of mouse traps. Let’s just hire ourselves a Disk Jockey instead.” Our repertoire boasts all the songs a wedding band is expected to do because you know your Auntie Jean will ask for it, but we like to cover everything from the 1950’s right up to current chart songs, as well as offering a host of alternative songs you never thought you could have at your wedding, like Metallica, Foo Fighters or The Offspring.
