Speciality Cakes has almost 60 years experience in all types of bakery and confectionery. All our cakes are baked on the premises. We are one of the very few bakers who can actually say that we bake our own cakes, unlike most companies who use a pre-mix for baking with,which is just mixed with water and put in the oven, something anyone can do!
We’ve developed our products throughout the years resulting in our famous genoese sponge, light, moist and layered with our own buttercream and jam. Our fruit cake is also a recipe developed and finely tuned, it is laced with brandy and matured for several months, finished off with a generous layer of high quality real natural marzipan.
